Elk hunting with Anderson Outfitters, is one of the most rugged, yet rewarding hunts available to any hunter. Elk are said to be the "Ghost in the Timber", and while this may be true, we are proving that even they, can't avoid our field guides. Creating some of the nicest trophies, these majestic creatures require hunters to be conditioned in-order to master the habit for which they roam. We offer elk hunts in several locations throughout the mid-west. Primarily in western South Dakota, Wyoming, and Colorado, Anderson Outfitters has teamed up with several elk guides that have decades of experience hunting this game.
Whether you are seeking a rifle or archery hunt, we can accommodate your desires. Elk produce some of the best wild meat a person can eat, but like buffalo, there is a lot of it; therefore, we recommend driving to meet up with your field guide, as shipping can become very expensive.
Dates for these hunts can be very strict, so we recommend that you book your hunt a year in advance to provide the time needed for licensure, physical preparation, and to ensure the availability of these hunts.

» Information on License Rates and Season Dates
A 50% group deposit is required to secure reservations, and is non-refundable. In case of emergency, unused deposits may be used within the same year's season, if open dates are available. Reservation dates are not secured until Anderson Outfitters, LLC receives the deposit. Final balance is due upon arrival, before hunting or fishing begins.
